Steps:
First, set up your Gmail account with MS Outlook using IMAP.
Once the configuration is complete, create a new folder and drag all your emails into it so that they automatically sync with your Gmail account.
Now, set up your Gmail account again using any email client that supports the EML format, such as Thunderbird.
Once the mailbox has finished syncing, the user can export it in the EML file format.
Method 2: Use eM Client
This is a legacy method that involves accessing the Outlook mailbox within eM Client and then exporting it in the EML format.
Method 3: Drag and Drop
Open MS Outlook and drag all your emails to save them in the MSG file format.
Install Mozilla Thunderbird.
Locate and install an "Import-Export" add-on that supports the .msg file format.
Import the files and then use the Import-Export add-on to export the data into EML format.
